We are a family owned food trailer made up of a husband & wife team; Lindsey & Justin Olsen. We have both been in and around the hospitality industry for more than 16 years. What makes The (4 ATE 0) special is; thats it's not just stuck on one “thing”. It's a culmination of everything we have learned and enjoy doing through out the years of feeding people. From farmers markets, festivals, weddings, backyard bbq’s, corporate lunches, to on set commercial catering and in home multi-course fine dining; we love cooking nourishing meals, hospitality and catering to any atmosphere. Just like our possibilities of venues, our food is vast collective of all the flavors and techniques we have learned over the years.
